This tool scans your existing quotes and creates CRM accounts, contacts, and deals for any that are not yet linked. Signed quotes become Won deals. Pending quotes become Proposal Sent. Each company gets one account, and signers get a contact record. Running this more than once is safe — it only processes quotes not already in the CRM.
